California drought worsens, NASA plans

California was hit by the worst drought in a century, so that hundreds of homes and landowners without water.

Ask deeper and often in search of groundwater drilling, but with little success.

Now, experts say the problem is even worse, with NASA scientists predict drought could be "the new normal."
