RSPCA calls for ban on primates as pets

The RSPCA urges ban on keeping primates as pets after a marmoset was one of the last entries in his care.
He says it has an alarming increase in the number of calls are affected in the line of cruelty and advice from those for exotic animals such as monkeys.
It is not known exactly how many primates kept as pets in the UK at the moment, but from 3000 to 9000 and what appears to be an increase in online sales are estimated.
