Chinese Lunar mining is "possible," says futurologist

Chinese authorities are considering mining a rare material on the surface of the moon, has been reported.
Chinese scientists leading the project, the production of helium-3, a rare isotope, non-radioactive, could the energy crisis in the world to solve "10,000 years."
Christopher Barnatt, a futurist at the University of Nottingham, told BBC Radio 5 Live drive could be the practice "possible," "decades".
