Wolves should be introduced in Scotland?

The wolves were hunted to extinction in many parts of Europe, but apparently were booming, can lead to problems more and more.
In France, the government has called for a European law by licensing hunters to kill in order to protect farmers.
Environmentalists say that wolves are essential to ensure a balance in nature, and the owner of a property in the Scottish Highlands is determined to reintroduce in Great Britain.
