Indonesia newfound rat "like no other"

A team of scientists has discovered a new species of rats in Indonesia.

The species name Hyorhinomys stuempkei - rat flat nose - a "rare to other rats different and unique properties," she said.

Five rodents were discovered in Sulawesi early January of researchers from Australia, Indonesia and the US.

"Enormous ears for an animal of this size increased body," said Dr. Jake Esselstyn Museum of Natural Sciences.
