CO2 is a strong fuel gas, but the atmosphere contains very little. Every million air particles produce 410 CO2.
Gas increases temperatures worldwide, but its relatively low concentration makes it difficult to design efficient machines to remove them.
However, a Canadian company, Carbon Engineering , believes it has found a solution.
The air is exposed to a chemical solution that concentrates CO2. Additional refinements mean that the gas can be purified in a form that can be stored or used as a liquid fuel.
