Helen Howard seven years ago started a worm farm in his spare bedroom and allocation in Canterbury, Kent ,.
She said the snails were becoming increasingly popular as a delicacy, move people and eat more.
Helen courses for people who are learning to their own bowls as part of "growing your own food" movement grow, they even began.
BBC News Helen Howard joined his worm farm to know what is happening in the culture of their own brand of Slow Food.
