Added Badger victims for the second year

A second year of Badger victim has begun in parts of Gloucestershire and Somerset to against bovine tuberculosis.
Last year, 1,800 badgers were killed in the pilot areas West Gloucestershire and West Somerset. Nearly 1,000 were to be killed this year.
The government insists that the removal is necessary, but protesters say the shooting was "not effective or humane."
