UN adviser Jeffrey Sachs on "alarming climate change"

A UN climate summit in New York to mobilize the 120 Member States to sign a new global climate treaty talks in Paris next year is to be held.

The American economist Jeffrey Sachs is special advisor Ban Ki-moon, and is also Director of the Earth Institute at Columbia University.
