UN adviser Jeffrey Sachs on "alarming climate change"

A UN climate summit in New York to mobilize the 120 Member States to sign a new global climate treaty talks in Paris next year is to be held.

The American economist Jeffrey Sachs is special advisor Ban Ki-moon, and is also Director of the Earth Institute at Columbia University.

Michelle Fleury BBC began questions about their reaction to Sunday rally in New York calls for action against climate change.
