SpaceX has "do not track 'Dragon space capsule V2

SpaceX has filed a reusable space vehicles, they will be able to take from anywhere on Earth and to country, "like a helicopter."
The seven-seat Dragon V2 is fitted with engines and legs to the side to allow him vertically fitted without runway.
Since his retirement, NASA space shuttle fleet, three years ago, the U.S. space agency has to rely on Russian spacecraft to fly its astronauts into space.
The Californian company is competing with several other contracts for NASA.
