A new species of tyrannosaur with a long nose was nicknamed "Rex Pinocchio".

The wild carnivores, nine feet long with a distinctive snout cornea, was a cousin of the Tyrannosaurus Rex.

His skeleton was unearthed at a construction site and identified by Chinese scientists at the University of Edinburgh, UK.

Dr. Steve Brusatte, the co-author of the study and is a member of the Chancellor vertebrate paleontology at the University of Edinburgh School of Geosciences, said it would be "faster and more agile than T-Rex."
