A new record was set for the deeper fish in the world.

The strange-looking creature that is new to science, was filmed 8,145m beneath the waves, the previous record of nearly 500 meters deep.

Several other new species of fish were caught on camera and also called large crustaceans giants.

The animals were discovered during an international expedition to the Mariana Trench, about 11 miles into the Pacific Ocean.
