A key UN climate conference Peru hopes the foundation for a new agreement to attach to limit greenhouse gas emissions.
However, a BBC investigation has revealed that hundreds of offset projects, as agreed, will never be implemented for lack of funds.
Naveen Singh Kadka was in central Nepal, where a lack of climate change was a disaster for the people in a remote valley.
