Produced minimum charge for bags in Scotland

A transfer duty tax was introduced in Scotland for the first time.
Buyers now have to pay a minimum of 5p per bag, with many retailers gift recipes for good purposes.
In May MSPs voted in new regulations to bring combat the problem of the reach of Scotland, but the prices are not only on plastic bags.
It was also imposed on carriers of disposable materials that made respecting the environment.
