Rocket explodes seconds after liftoff Virginia

An unmanned rocket did not explode load in Virginia seconds after the start of commercial launch ramp.
Built the 14-story rocket and Orbital Sciences Corp. started and moved from its launch pad at sea, shortly after 22: 20GMT.
The moment was caught on live taken BBC World News.
