Cop21: What if climate conference fails?

Negotiators from 196 countries are trying to reach an agreement on the Climate Change Conference in Paris against global warming.
A draft agreement was reached last week, but important questions remain, including a long-term target to reduce emissions from the combustion of coal, oil and gas.
BBC correspondent Matt McGrath environmental asks what if the meeting did not reach an agreement.
