How eating insects could help climate change

Since the negotiations on global climate change in Paris comes to an end, a question that was raised - even Arnold Schwarzenegger - is the amount of meat that people eat.
The bodybuilder-turned-politician said that people should, in order to reduce a vegetarian for a few days a week done livestock damage to the environment.
He told the BBC that the cattle nearly 30% of global emissions were responsible.
But what if there was another way? BBC Persian Zand Sahar visited a restaurant in west Wales unusual to find out.
