Cop21: The people of Kiribati "may relocate"

Kiribati has been called the conscience of the climate change conference in Paris.
The island in the Pacific is one of a series of more affected by rising sea countries.
President Anote Tong said Matt McGrath BBC environment correspondent that any agreement for his country was too late.
He said they planned "migration with dignity."
