Changing human DNA - should allow editing of genes?

Scientists should be able to research, do modified human embryos, the DNA?
It is one of hundreds of scientists from 20 countries in Washington, at a conference on what the Editing genes known debated issue.
The technology allows you to modify the genes that parents pass on their children.
It might help to prevent hereditary diseases - but also leads to fears about the creation of a designer people.
