They play an important role in keeping us healthy, help with everything. From the digestion of food to chemicals that cause cancer to protect
Rebecca Harris is an artist in the UK, which is determined to celebrate these beneficial insects with the support of embroidery.
He worked with scientists to create a map of the different types of microbes on our skin, with different colors of French knots for different types of organizations.
Claudia Hammond went to a closer look at this unusual work of art look.
