Solar Impulse two biggest challenge in office?

Expect both drivers in the record books fly, bypassing the planet in a solar airplane.
Bertrand Piccard and André Borschberg is alternately the Solar Impulse 2 to fly in his 5 months.
The longest stage of only one of them is solo nonstop for five days and nights fly across the Pacific between Nanjing, China, Hawaii, at a distance of 8500 kilometers (5270 miles).
