Rhino Press Release: An Epic Journey to Freedom in Rwanda

Five oriental black rhinos born in a zoo were transported from Europe to Africa.

The three female and two male rhinos, aged between two and nine, came from Flamingo Land in Yorkshire, the Dvur Kralove Safari Park in the Czech Republic, and the Ree Park Safari in Denmark.

The 6000 km long journey began in Dvur Kralove, where the animals gathered from the end of 2018 and prepared for the journey.

Animals born in a zoo will join 18 other black rhinos from the eastern Akagera National Park in Rwanda after the settlement.

Should the beavers return to England?

Beavers were hunted and disappeared from England about 400 years ago.

In Scotland, they were reintroduced in 2009 as part of a trial and now enjoy protection status. Their appetite for destruction, however, has led to conflicts with some farmers and landowners.

An essay in Devon will be completed next year if it is decided if it will be extended to other parts of England.

British viewers can watch the entire program 30 days after the broadcast

CO2 and its relationship with manure and soft drinks.

Scientists from all over the world are meeting in Germany to discuss how money can be turned into carbon dioxide.

The aim is to transform some of the CO2 that overheats the planet into products for the benefit of mankind.

Although the technology may not solve climate change, they insist that it helps a little.

Roger Harrabin, environmental analyst at the BBC, is researching a project that combines horse manure and soft drinks.

How is your grocery business recyclable?

According to a new study, almost half of the containers used in large UK supermarkets can not easily be recycled.

Foods are packed so they last longer. However, one group of consumers stated that many of these foods are unusable, that more durable materials should be used and that label recycling should be easier.

What you checked the most popular items that were bought every week in British supermarkets (bread, bacon, lettuce) and after checking the packaging of these items found that only 52% could be put in recycling bins.

The UK retail consortium, which represents supermarkets, claims that its members work tirelessly to make all packaging reusable, recyclable or compostable.

Hydrogen trains: Are these green trains of the future?

The hydrogen-powered trains would be the greenest there is.

A researcher at the University of Birmingham describes them as "miniature power plants with wheels" because they do not produce emissions and only produce water.

Two hydrogen trains are already in operation in Germany, but this version is not compatible with the rail network in the United Kingdom.

Tom Burridge from the BBC has done a test for the British version.

And while the unwanted toy is being transmitted to younger children, the components, often made of plastic, make them hard to recycle.

So how do kids think about the amount of plastic in toys without ruining your pleasure?

Actress and activist Greenpeace Bonnie Wright, who played Ginny Weasley in the Harry Potter films, is investigating a special report for BBC Radio 5 Live.

Little owl learns to fly in the botanical garden

It took five weeks for an owl to learn to fly.

Rusty was born in captivity and therefore needed human help to spread his wings.

Emma Hill, co-owner of the British Bird of Prey Center at the National Botanical Gardens of Wales, gladly took the lead.

Some test flights did not end well and it took only a few preliminary trials at the beginning, but eventually Rusty got used to it.

"It's greedy, it really helps," said Hill.

"He lives since his arrival at our home, he watches TV with us and sleeps in the bathroom.

"When we started training him, we could see he was really curious.

"I was trying to figure out where his next piece of food would come from, so we could see that he could always be a little bit more confident."

"It's the best thing I can do with a baby - it was a sense of pride for me when he finally took his first flight."

Rusty can now fly a few yards.

Solar electric cars make money.

Electric cars are used to power a small Portuguese island in the Atlantic Ocean.

The island of Porto Santo has begun to test a system in which the batteries of electric vehicles are charged during the day with solar energy. At night, however, they restore the energy available in the grid to supply households.

Some experts say that this form of energy storage could become a global trend.
