World Health Organization alert specifies Zika could infect four million

Three to four million people could be infected with the Zika virus in America this year, predicts the World Health Organization (WHO).

Science editor David Shukman reports from the city of Recife, in northeastern Brazil, where it is believed that more than 100,000 people have contracted the virus.
