Inside the new spaceport in Russia

Work is nearing completion on the construction of the new spaceport in Russia, the replacement of the Baikonur launch facility in Kazakhstan
Located near the border with China, Vostochny should welcome its first release in April.
But the new spaceport has already shifted its initial release and Space Agency Roskosmos aa is 50% percent of its budget.
The BBC Pavel Aksenov had access to Vostochny before opening.
