NASA chief scientist says she was "skeptical" about the existence of a ninth planet in our solar system.

US astronomers say they strong evidence that the planet could exist orbit, even the world beyond Pluto dwarf.

Dr. Ellen Stofan said the lack of direct observations confirmed their presence means that we do not know for sure that it's there.
