A moon called Europa could hold rates extraterrestrial life?

The search for life on other planets has science fiction writer and NASA missions inspired, but could one of Jupiter's moons, Europa prove?
Bill Nye the Planetary Society of the United States - even the kind known to science - is one of those who think that are worth discovering.
He hopes to convince Congress of which, $ 2000000000 (1200000000 €) to spend to explore Europe.
He stated his case to the BBC's Laura Trevelyan.
