The MPs say the government has its priorities wrong expenses from flooding this winter in England and Wales.
The Committee Environment, Commons said enough money for dredging disposal and financing is always "at least".
Sue Sayer flooded house in Finland this year for the second time. She said the government should listen to the selection committee.
