A team of scientists from the University of Oxford, Imperial College and the Paul Scherrer Institute in Switzerland have an X-ray film used in a very intense flying insects.
The film is a 3D reconstruction, consisting of several X-ray images showing the theft of a motor Bumblebee - Anatomy of the powers of flight.
The researchers say that the videos offer a glimpse into the inner workings of the most complex mechanisms of nature.
Dr. Simon Walker, the group of flying animals Oxford told the BBC: "We hope that this research [show] that developed in the design of micromechanical systems, including micro air vehicles to replicate the flying insects."
The results are in the journal PLoS Biology .
