The slowdown develops ice cream melt by scientists

Scottish scientists believe they have found the secret that ice melts not so fast on hot summer days.
Researchers from the Universities of Dundee and Edinburgh, a natural protein that is a mixture more stable ice that it melts more slowly and makes softer in texture.
Prof Cait MacPhee, of Edinburgh University, said the new ice ingredient means "to melt, but hopefully stable and what falls stop."
