BBC report: introduced 40 years since meteorological symbols

It is 40 years since the beginning of weather symbols to be presented to the provisions of the BBC.

They were designed to meet the audience a better understanding of what the weather was on the way.

Over the years, the nature and the Technology Foresight has changed significantly.
