An explosion "just missed" in a manhole in the street in Birmingham a child walking by.

The explosion, 24:21 GMT clock occurred at Warwick Road, Tyseley. Nevertheless create the cause.

Released video footage of West Midlands Fire and Rescue shows a boy and two adults spend the eye immediately before the explosion.
