Detroit: To go big or go green?

There was a lot of fuel, green cars on display at the Detroit Motor Show this year.
But with a low level in six years in oil prices, the affordability of large trucks and sport utility vehicles (SUV) has led to large cars have grown in popularity among American buyers.
