Fatherhood for the dad with the paralysis implant

David M'zee was 22 years old when an injury damaged his spine and left him paralyzed 12 years ago. In 2017, an electrical implant in his spine enabled him to stand up and walk slowly by stimulating nerve signals in his legs.

She uses the device for a short time to exercise her muscles and practice walking, and says her health has improved so much that she's been able to have a child even when it's not on.

Environmental activists film '100,000 dead fish' being dumped into the Atlantic

Environmental campaign group Sea Shepherd filmed this video of "100,000 Dead Fish".

They accused the Dutch trawler FV Margiris of deliberately throwing back the fish as "bycatch".

The PFA Fisheries Association, which represents the vessel, said the "rare case" was due to a "breakage" in the fishing net, which it reported to authorities.

The 'Beaver Dating Agency' is a success

Footage of beavers kissing at home in a Derbyshire nature reserve has been captured.

The dam-building rodents were filmed preening and gnawing on trees in the Willington Wetlands, where they were released last year.

Beavers were hunted to extinction for their fur, meat and scent glands in Britain in the 16th century.

But they have been reintroduced in parts of Scotland, England and Wales in hopes that they can restore wetland habitats and boost other species.

"All of our beavers had never met before they were released into the Willington Wetlands, so when we brought them all in it was sort of a beaver dating agency," said Kate Lemon, regional director of Derbyshire Wildlife Trust.

He added that the beavers' behavior suggests the young may arrive in the spring.
